This coke oven project adopts the world's advanced environmental protection technologies and facilities for cokemaking, coal preparation, gas purification, coke quenching and coke screening processes, and achieves ultra-low emission standards lower than the original total amount of pollutant emissions. In addition to an annual output of 2 million tonnes of coke, there will be more than 60,000 cubic meters of coke oven gas per hour, 100,000 tonnes of tar per year, 30,000 tonnes of crude benzene and other by-products, which will become raw materials in the chemical park and be used for the production of caprolactam, nylon slices, nylon staple fibers, nylon industrial filament yarns and other chemicals, thus realizing the fine and high-end recycling development of coal chemical industry. The successful commissioning of the project has enabled Lubao's fine chemical circular economy source project to really step into a new era of "unmanned operation and manned guarding", laying a foundation for building a fine chemical circular economy industry chain.
